:
An all-encompassing role - CT, VAT, Employment Tax, with Global responsibilities, there are both compliance and advisory requirements to this role.
Requirements:
What You'll Do:

• Responsible for tracking deadlines and filing requirements at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Develop effective tax strategies to optimise tax efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and HR departments to streamline tax processes.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
• Monitor legislative changes related to tax and advise management and finance colleagues accordingly.
• Coordinate with the global tax team to ensure alignment of tax strategies.
• Prepare and present regular tax reports to senior management.

Who You Are:
A successful Group Tax Manager could have:

• ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualification, or part qualified, or be qualified by experience
• Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax and Employment Tax (not essential to be an expert in all three)
• EMEA / EU / International Tax experience (again one of these three)
• Proficiency in tax software and financial management systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
