Team Internet is looking for

Tax Analyst

, to support our Group's Finance Division and play a key role in supporting the global tax operations while taking overall accountability for the Group's global tax matters, including consolidated tax reporting and compliance.


Collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external advisors you will ensure efficient and compliant tax processes, while also contributing to strategic initiatives, including M&A and cross-border structuring.

Key outcomes of the role

This position involves a dynamic mix of international tax, transfer pricing, VAT compliance, and tax accounting responsibilities :

International Tax & Transfer Pricing

Support the group-wide transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with the arm's length principle. Assist in advising subsidiaries on transfer pricing methodologies alongside the Director of Tax & Legal. Coordinate withholding and direct tax compliance efforts with external advisors. Provide guidance on direct tax matters across group entities. Support or manage DAC6 and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). Contribute to tax-related projects and M&A transactions.

VAT

Assist with VAT/GST registrations across Team Internet Group's global entities. Coordinate and oversee VAT compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate filings worldwide. Support audit processes, including VAT/GST provision calculations and the preparation of audit deliverables. Provide VAT-related training to internal stakeholders as needed. Participate in VAT advisory initiatives and contribute to the development of internal tax guidance. Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring processes to ensure ongoing VAT compliance. Address day-to-day and ad hoc VAT queries from internal departments and external stakeholders. Maintain strong working relationships with VAT authorities in various jurisdictions. Monitor global VAT/GST developments to proactively identify compliance risks and planning opportunities. Contribute VAT expertise to M&A transactions and other strategic business projects.

Tax Accounting

Collaborate with the finance team to support year-end tax provisions. Assist in the preparation and review of tax disclosures under IAS 12, including deferred taxes.

About you

A Bachelor's degree in Business or Law Experienced in International Tax/Transfer Pricing Proficiency in Luxembourg and German Tax policies Some background in tax auditing Familiarity with VAT processes A collaborative team player Eagerness to learn and grow Excellent communication skills Capability to work effectively in a remote setting
