We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Pricing professional to join our Group Tax Function. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the business meets global compliance standards while shaping and improving the Group's transfer pricing framework. Reporting to the Group Head of Transfer Pricing, you'll work across teams and regions, delivering critical insights and processes that support our global tax strategy.
What you will be doing:
Lead the preparation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies.
Implement and continuously improve the Group's transfer pricing policies and operational processes.
Provide expert ad-hoc advice to local and regional finance teams on transfer pricing matters.
Manage periodic transfer pricing calculations and modelling for statutory and management reporting.
Monitor and respond to global transfer pricing legislative changes and advise the business accordingly.
Support the Group Head of Transfer Pricing in managing audits and tax authority interactions.
About you:
ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with demonstratable experience in UK & international transfer pricing from practice or industry.
Strong technical understanding of transfer pricing principles, compliance, and practical application.
Experience in transfer pricing for financial transactions and familiarity with TP technology is beneficial.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders across all levels.
Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Able to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
