About the role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and building on their existing successes, you'll oversee a portfolio of high-profile transformation initiatives across the Group.
You'll be accountable for ensuring programmes deliver financial and non-financial benefits, building organisational capability, and embedding new ways of working. Working closely with the Group Executive and business leaders, you'll provide clarity, direction, and challenge to ensure transformation efforts drive real value.
Key areas of focus include:
Leading a complex transformation portfolio with measurable outcomes
Driving operational and technology improvements across Group businesses
Embedding a cost-conscious, value-driven approach to change
Developing organisational capability and talent to support future growth
Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, and stakeholders
What you'll need:
We're looking for a senior leader with proven success in delivering business transformation at scale. Specifically, you'll bring:
A strong track record in leading transformation/change programmes in complex organisations
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute in a matrix environment
Experience bridging business and technology to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions
Excellent influencing skills and a collaborative leadership style
Ability to manage risk, prioritise ruthlessly and deliver under pressure
Experience in regulated industries or essential services is an advantage
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Prince2, AMP) are desirable but not essential.
