is seeking a

Group Warranty Administrator

to join our dynamic Service team at our Head Office near Forfar.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims across our franchise network. Whether you bring previous warranty administration experience or come from a technical background such as Service Advising or Workshop Control, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



Accurately produce and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards and deadlines. Reconcile claims and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant. Monitor and communicate manufacturer recalls and announcements to relevant teams. Maintain strong working relationships with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers. Ensure all warranty work meets manufacturer criteria and guidelines.

What We're Looking For



Experience in warranty administration, service administration, or workshop control. Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. A collaborative team player with clear and confident communication skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Reliable, committed, and professional.
