We're on the lookout for a Group Warranty Coordinator to play a crucial role in our Franchised operations in Durham, supporting all Stellantis Brands and MG Motor UK. Your Role Will Include:

Efficiently administering all agreed warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Maximising profitability by reviewing job cards and requesting necessary corrections.

Analysing daily, weekly, and monthly warranty reports, highlighting any discrepancies.

Maintaining accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and goodwill contributions.

Keeping up to date with the latest warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements.

What We're Looking For:

*Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in an automotive environment

*Meticulous attention to detail with a highly organised and methodical approach.

*A real team player - We only want people who support and uplift their colleagues.

*Previous warranty administration experience (preferred but not essential).

*A customer-first mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.

*Strong skills in Microsoft Office and database management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to 38,000.00 per year
