Part-Time (Maternity Cover - Fixed Term 9 - 12 Months)
Position Overview
The Groups, Meetings & Events Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of group bookings, meetings, and events from initial inquiry through to execution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding service to ensure every event exceeds client expectations and aligns with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
Respond promptly and professionally to all group, meeting, and event inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct site inspections and client meetings to promote event spaces and services.
Event Coordination
Coordinate all event logistics including room setup, catering, audio-visual requirements, and other event details.
Liaise with internal departments (operations, F&B, front office, finance) to ensure seamless communication and event delivery.
Prepare detailed function sheets, event orders, and internal communications for each booking.
Oversee event execution on the day, ensuring all aspects meet client specifications and brand standards.
Administration & Reporting
Update and maintain accurate records in the booking and CRM systems.
Track and report on group and event performance metrics, including revenue, conversion, and client feedback.
Support the Meetings & Events Manager with forecasting, budget management, and revenue optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards for all events.

Pay: 15,550.00 per year
