Summary

We are seeking a Growth and Marketing person to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our marketing initiatives and expanding our reach in the magazine and self publishing industry. Based in Kettering, you will play a key role in shaping our social media, marketing strategies, enhancing our brand visibility and finding new design and print opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and acquire new titles. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content. Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion. Identify and contact new titles that would benefit from our service.

Requirements

Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies (LinkedIn & Facebook) Confident communicator with a smiley personality. Some face-to-face meetings with new clients will be required (company van use available for travelling to these meetings)

Experience in the publishing sector or ex-military advantageous.

Workplace

Office based job on Kettering Venture Park. 14 hours a week, can be suited to fit around the right candidate, but within office hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Large open-plan office. Friendly team of creatives and sales people.
