About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and experimenting with new approaches to growth. You'll work closely with the company's founders, contributing directly to sales strategy, client acquisition, and business development across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the founding team to drive the sale of diagnostic solutions to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare stakeholders
Assist in executing growth initiatives across all areas of the business
Manage and develop existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities within those relationships
Generate new business through outreach methods including email, phone, and in-person visits
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Convert qualified opportunities into successful long-term partnerships
Maintain strong follow-up communication with leads and clients
Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts and agreements
Growth and Marketing Initiatives
Blend traditional sales approaches with digital strategies such as A/B testing and targeted campaigns
Run fast-paced growth experiments to test and refine new approaches
Manage the company's social media channels, email marketing, and online presence
Lead and support various growth-related projects across departments
Client Engagement and Brand Representation
Serve as a trusted representative of the business within the healthcare sector
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
Create client-facing materials to support onboarding and retention
Support brand development and increase visibility in the market
Report on customer trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
Analytics and Performance
Track key performance metrics and sales activity
Analyse client and market data to identify areas for growth
Create tailored presentations and proposals for different audiences
Translate insights into practical strategies to support ongoing growth
Share customer feedback and ideas to inform product development
