We're looking for two energetic and confident Growth & Engagement Officers to help bring our new Delta Direct service to life across local communities.
Delta Wellbeing is an award-winning local authority trading company and a centre of excellence for Technology Enabled Care, using innovative technology to provide a range of solutions in the health and social care sector to support older and vulnerable people to live more independently.
The company has grown significantly since it was established in 2018 and provides bilingual call monitoring and other support services including telecare and telehealth alarm monitoring, TEC installation, community welfare response, lone working monitoring and out-of-hours emergency housing repairs to local authorities, health boards, housing associations, educational settings, private companies and residents.
You'll be out and about meeting people, attending events, visiting community groups and speaking with partners - helping individuals and families understand how Delta Direct can support their independence and peace of mind at home.
This is a target-driven role with a community heart - you'll use your people skills, enthusiasm and determination to turn interest into sign-ups and help grow a service that makes a real difference.
If you're motivated, approachable and comfortable working towards goals in a supportive, values-driven organisation, this is the perfect opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team.
