This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in our

You'll be the voice that keeps our community active, informed, and coming back -- whether through thoughtful lifecycle journeys, personalised content, or the occasional nudge that says, "Hey, time to update those chip details."
You'll blend data, empathy, and creativity to make every touchpoint count -- because growth doesn't stop at acquisition.
What you'll get up to as our Growth Manager, Engagement
Own the end-to-end engagement and retention strategy across all services and brands -- email, push, in-app, and future channels.
Build CRM and lifecycle programmes that work: onboarding, activation, reactivation, win-back, loyalty, cross-sell, and more.
Develop multi-step journeys that educate, delight, and retain pet owners throughout their lifecycle.
Partner with Product and Data to define meaningful customer segments and deliver true personalisation (not just "Hi [FIRSTNAME]").
Run structured experiments across messaging, content, and timing to improve conversion, retention, and LTV.
Analyse performance, extract insights, and translate learnings into impactful optimisation.
Collaborate closely with Creative to keep comms fresh, on-brand, and genuinely helpful.
Work hand-in-hand with Growth and Brand teams to ensure our marketing feels seamless across every channel.
What we're looking for:
Proven expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or engagement -- ideally in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.
Hands-on experience with leading marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable, MoEngage, etc.) plus analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Holistics, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise email, push, and in-app engagement campaigns.
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, automation, and experimentation frameworks.
A curious, data-driven mindset -- you test, learn, iterate, and improve.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing teams through evidence, insight, and clear communication.
