About the Role




This is a high-impact performance marketing role focused on Amazon Ads and Paid Search (Google Ads). You'll be responsible for managing, optimising, and scaling key acquisition channels, working closely with the founder to drive measurable growth across Amazon and our DTC site.


We don't expect deep Amazon expertise from day one -- but you should bring a strong foundation in paid media, a working knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, and a clear appetite to grow into a channel leader across both Amazon and Google. You'll be directly mentored & trained by the founders, on the Nutrition Geeks proprietary system for Amazon, which they used to become the number one best selling health & personal care brand.

What You'll Do



Manage and scale PPC campaigns to drive revenue and ad efficiency Collaborate with our content and ops teams to ensure Amazon listings are optimised for conversion and discoverability Analyse performance data, spot trends, and make fast, confident decisions to scale what's working and cut what's not Stay on top of platform updates and competitor activity -- always looking for an edge Build reporting dashboards or regular updates that clearly show impact, insights, and next steps Contribute directly to the bottom line

Skills You'll Need



3+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally with hands-on PPC Awareness of Amazon Marketplace and a clear willingness to learn fast Proven track record of hitting KPIs like ROAS, CPA and scaling paid campaigns Confident with numbers -- you can build a case for scaling based on clear data Highly organised and self-sufficient -- you'll be trusted to own your channels Bonus points for any experience in fast-moving DTC, CPG, or supplements Confident in collaborating with internal and stakeholders - you'll need to understand the impact of your actions on the wider business (and vice versa) Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to go beyond the scope of role when needed.
