This is a 12 month fixed term contract (covering caregiver leave)
We're looking for a results-oriented Paid Search specialist to help us grow our UK business through search and universal app campaigns. You'll lead a small team and own the channel strategy, reporting and budgeting, campaign planning and partner relationships.
You'll collaborate with our data team, our marketing engineers, our product marketers, writers, creative teams, external agencies and partners to help us take Monzo into our next phase of growth in the UK and EU.
Your responsibilities:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive growth through effective paid search and app campaigns and successful new feature launches. You'll be responsible for the growth and channel management across Google, Microsoft and Apple platforms, driving both demand and conversion optimisation through compelling customer journeys, new channel experimentation, tooling implementation and channel and platform testing with expert industry knowledge.
