About the Role

We are looking for a motivated crypto enthusiast with a strong understanding of Forex?Web3, and growth marketing to join us as a

Growth Marketing Specialist

. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns across X (Twitter) and other key social channels.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, experienced in working with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, has a strong grasp of growth marketing principles, and is able to leverage data to build comprehensive, results-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage social media operations across platforms such as X (Twitter), including scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring. Plan and execute growth-focused social media contents to drive user acquisition and engagement. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on X, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ROI analysis. Lead growth marketing experiments--especially paid search--by designing and executing test-and-learn strategies to optimize conversion rates across channels. Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the Forex/Web3 space.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting X and growth marketing for financial trading, Web3, or forex-related products; experience in fintech or startup environments is a plus. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (X,etc.) and how to leverage each to achieve business objectives. Experience in managing and optimizing

paid social advertising

, preferably on X (Twitter Ads). Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for the Web3 and forex space. Creative mindset with the ability to produce bold, humorous, and experimental content tailored to forex-native audiences. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to coordinate with team and international stakeholders. Prior experience or active participation in forex communities is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,620.04-35,000.00 per year
