We're looking for a Growth Partner to join our commercial team at Dizplai. This is not a standard account management role, it's a hybrid position that blends commercial strategy, client growth, and consultative partnership.
As a Growth Partner, you'll sit at the heart of Dizplai's mission to help rights-holders, broadcasters, and creators unlock new revenue streams through fan engagement. You'll grow and retain high-value client relationships, shape commercial frameworks (including consultancy, tech licensing, and revenue share models), and drive adoption of our interactive products across sport, entertainment, and publishing.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on both client success and new business focus.
Key Responsibilities
Client Growth & Strategy
Own a portfolio of key clients, acting as a trusted commercial partner
Lead renewals, upsells, and adoption of Dizplai products and services
Identify client business challenges and design interactive, data-driven solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Build long-term strategic relationships at senior stakeholder level
Track client engagement and usage data to unlock new opportunities
New Business Development
Prospect, qualify, and close new clients across sports, media, publishing, and creator networks
Represent Dizplai at industry events, pitches, and client activations
Translate Dizplai's interactive technology into clear commercial value for prospects
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that drive inbound and outbound growth
Internal Collaboration
Work with Product and Strategy to shape new offerings based on client demand
Collaborate with Project Delivery to ensure smooth delivery against commercial commitments
Share market insights, success stories, and emerging trends with the wider team
Act as the voice of the client internally, highlighting risks, opportunities, and growth levers
What We're Looking For
5+ years in a commercial, client-facing role within sport, media, tech, or content
Proven ability to grow accounts, close new business, and manage senior relationships
Experience building strategic commercial models, including consultancy retainers, revenue share, or partnership frameworks
Comfortable bridging commercial, product, and strategy
Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and problem-solver
Organised, ambitious, and motivated by client and business growth
