Job Description

We are seeking a skilled GRP Mould Maker / Laminator to join our production team. In this

role, you will be responsible for:

Creating and assembling moulds

for GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) products, ensuring precision and quality.

Laminating GRP components

, following detailed specifications and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Interpreting technical drawings

and specifications to accurately produce components.

Collaborating with the production team

to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.

Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in GRP mould making and laminating. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
