Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and align with GSK's long-term goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Lead strategic projects, including capacity planning, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making and drive impactful outcomes.
Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestments by conducting due diligence and developing robust business cases.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or Science.
Proven experience in supply chain management, strategy development, or operations within a global organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Experience managing complex projects and driving execution in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MSc).
Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or divestments within a supply chain context.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or other process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
Multi-country or multinational experience.
Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures.
This role can be based in the United Kingdom or United States at any Manufacturing Site and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance remote and in-office work.
