The Role:
A Talent Partner with a passion for talent mapping and a keen interest in specialising in recruitment within the
GTM (Go-To-Market) space
.
With over 5 years' experience -- ideally gained in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -- you have a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and securing senior-level talent. You're analytical by nature, using data and technology to shape sourcing strategies and drive smarter hiring decisions.

executive and strategic talent sourcing

What we are looking for:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for
GTM roles
, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand team needs and shape talent strategies.
Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify high-potential candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier GTM talent.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
Collaborate with other Talent Partners to share best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements / What You'll Need :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, within
Go-To-Market
roles.
Proven track record of sourcing and placing senior-level commercial talent.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset, capable of using data and technology to inform sourcing strategies.
Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a plus.
