Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, positive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest and Property Co-Ordinator based in Llanelltyd at our beautiful holiday home.
Responsibilities:
Meeting & Greeting Guests on arrival (Guests can arrive from 4pm on Friday, this role requires you to meet guests on arrival and show them around the property. If guests arrive after 6pm on a Friday, the welcome visit can be done on a Saturday morning. Out of season when short breaks are offered guests may also arrive on a Monday)
Working closely with the housekeeping team ensuring the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards ready for guests arrival.
Troubleshooting as and when issues arise at the properties including visits to the guests when issues arise and working with relevant trades to resolve if we can't resolve ourselves

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferable
- GCSE level English literature and language

Expected hours: 4 to 6 hours per week possibly more on occasions depending on occupancy of the property(Working hours: typically Friday afternoon or Saturday morning and/or Monday morning depending on when guests arrive. This is typically a Friday but can change so flexibility required)
