Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

The Onsite Guest Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and welcoming transportation for guests within the property. This role primarily involves operating guest buggies to transport visitors between the Spa and other key areas of the manor. The driver ensures timely pick-ups and drop-offs, offers friendly assistance, and helps create a smooth, relaxing guest experience while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Who we are looking for:

A full clean UK driving license is required for this role. Fluent spoken English is essential with the ability to engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner. Experience in a luxury customer/guest facing environment would be advantageous. Flexible approach to work. Weekend and bank holiday working will be included as part of this role.
