Operating in over 30 countries, we support everyone from ambitious SMEs to multinationals and government bodies. We're now looking for a talented Group Content & Creative Marketing Manager to join us on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend as maternity cover.
The Role
This is a pivotal position within our Group Marketing team, with a major focus on Amtivo's UK certification brand, British Assessment Bureau, supporting the success of a critical branding project. Further to this, the maternity cover opportunity will see you take on the additional responsibility of leading a talented team to produce engaging, high-quality content across the Amtivo Group globally, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial growth.
You'll be ready to make a visible impact from day one, combining creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking.
What You'll Do
Lead the planning, development, and delivery of creative content across web, PR, social, email, CRM, and more.
Manage and maintain the Group content planner to ensure visibility and alignment.
Oversee the production of compelling written, visual, and multimedia assets that inspire our audiences and drive engagement.
Lead, coach, and develop a small creative team - fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports commercial objectives.
Partner with our Governance team to manage content approvals and ensure compliance.
Champion creativity and quality, ensuring every piece of content reflects our purpose and brand identity
About You
You're a natural storyteller and creative thinker who knows how to turn strategy into stand-out content - equally confident briefing and mentoring a team as you are rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience creating digital-first content (copy, design, or multimedia).
At least 3 years in a marketing or brand environment.
Excellent design and copy skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.
A collaborative, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.
Proven experience managing and developing creative people.
(Bonus points if you have experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry or have produced video content.)*
