As a Guest Experience Curator at British Pullman, A Belmond Train, you support the development and delivery of the guest experience. In this role, you will provide administrative, operational, and secretarial support to the business. This role oversees and delivers a seamless, luxury experience for private dining guests by managing client relationships, coordinating personalised arrangements, and ensuring flawless end-to-end service. Primary Responsibilities Include:

Serve as the main point of contact for guests, managing expectations, building strong client relationships, and arranging tailored upsells such as transfers, premium packages, custom menus, entertainment, and gifting. Plan and deliver end-to-end private dining and bespoke guest experiences, coordinating closely with onboard teams and sales to ensure a seamless journey. Arrange personalised elements based on guest preferences, including menu coordination with the Head Chef, enhanced excursions, and special service additions. Liaise with operational teams to manage private boarding, smooth transitions, exclusive access, personalised hosting, and all bespoke arrangements. Maintain strong product knowledge, communicate the value of luxury services, support meeting/DDR setups, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

What You Bring:

3+ years in a similar role within a high-end luxury hospitality, private client management, or bespoke events sector. Proven experience in relationship management, front office management, and/or hospitality duty management A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, Business Studies, or equivalent practical experience is highly advantageous. Familiarity with the operations of luxury rail or unique private dining experiences is a plus. Experience in liaising with diverse internal teams (e.g., onboard staff, sales, culinary) and external partners. Exceptional communication, organisational and administrative skills.
