About the Role
We're looking for a warm, proactive, and dependable Guest Experience Host to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, well-supported experience from booking through to check-out.
This is a multifaceted role blending guest communication, operational coordination, admin, and team support. You'll gain exposure to many areas of a growing business, learn new systems, and have the chance to make a real impact.
You'll work closely with our operations and leadership team as we scale, with genuine scope to shape and improve the guest experience. For the right candidate, this role offers strong potential for progression into broader operational or guest-facing leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to guest enquiries, messages, and reviews via email and booking platforms
Handle guest complaints calmly, professionally, and empathetically, escalating when needed
Communicate guest needs and updates to the cleaning and maintenance teams
Maintain accurate records and monitor the central inbox to support smooth operations
Support light social media activity (posting approved content, replying to messages)
Assist across operations as needed, contributing to a smooth guest journey
What We're Looking For
Essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and approachable manner, with professionalism under pressure
Reliable, well-organised, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Comfortable using email, booking platforms, and social media tools
Flexibility to cover occasional weekend and out-of-hours shifts
Desirable
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support
Interest in learning about hospitality operations, systems, or team leadership (no previous experience required)
