Part of the front office team, ensuring smooth operations and guest safety and satisfaction.

Ensure guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.

Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.

Foster a culture of guest excellence, service and welcome.
What We're Looking For in our

Night Guest Experience Host

:


Experience in guest experience roles within luxury hotels.

Experience of working at night in a busy environment.

Effective knowledge of front office systems and front desk procedures.

A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a shift rota including weekends.
