Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of Guest Experience Host at our New Opening Hotel - The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager you will be responsible for assistsing in managing the smooth operation of the Hotel Guest Expereince Team. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered. What Are We Looking For? The successful candidate will promote the desired work culture around our company\xe2\x80\x99s core values. Main responsibilities include:

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial.
• Welcoming guests to the hotel in assisting with their luggage, manning the main entrance, and dealing with any last minute enquires.
• Liaise closely with the guest experience team and help where necessary.
• Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to all our guests.
• To be an ambassador for the Halyard as well as someone who embodies our values and behaviours.
• 5-day work shift per week during the day

Flexibility in this role is required as the hours of work are on a shift basis including weekends, early & late shift. Where Will You Be Working? The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool is a new hotel opening under the IHG Vignette Brand. Which will be the first of the Luxury lifestyle Brans in the UK.
