We're looking for a

Guest Experience Lead

to join our Reading team -- someone who's ready to lead from the front, bring positive energy, and support the team in creating memorable moments for every guest, every day.

Working Hours

You'll work

120 hours over a 6-week period

on a flexible rota Shifts include

evenings, weekends

, and

public holidays

, including

Christmas and/or New Year

on a rota basis

The Role

As a

Guest Experience Lead

, you'll work hands-on across the cinema and front-of-house areas, taking a lead role in:

Delivering exceptional service

to every guest

Training, coaching, and supporting

team members on shift

Maintaining high operational standards

across cleanliness, presentation, and customer service Supporting the

wider management team

with day-to-day operations Upholding and enhancing

Showcase brand standards

You'll be right at the heart of the action -- leading by example, solving problems on the spot, and making sure every shift runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Proven

customer service experience

(cinema, hospitality, or retail preferred) A natural

team player

with strong communication skills

Leadership potential

-- you're proactive, dependable, and ready to take the lead A hands-on approach and willingness to support wherever needed Passion for film and creating an unforgettable guest experience
