Abbots Grange is an historic 5 star Manor House with 10 bedrooms in the centre of the village of Broadway in the Cotswolds offering bed and breakfast facilities in stunning surroundings.

We are looking for a strong all round team member to join our small team to help provide all aspects of our customer experience .

Starting in January 2026 this will be a great opportunity for someone to join a small team of reliable individuals who enjoy offering fabulous customer service.

The vacancy is arising due to retirement.

Duties are varied and include :

Assisting with breakfast service, simple food preparation , assisting with room preparation, assisting with guest services.

The successful candidates will have at least two years experience in hospitality or catering and be a strong team player.

Smart personal presentation standards and reliability are important as is a ' can do' attitude.

We offer a competitive salary, one meal daily, free parking , 29 days paid holiday per annum, pro rata , uniform allowance ,and gratuities .

You will work 2 or 3 days a week to include every other weekend.

Shifts are day time only from with varying shift patterns between the hours of 7 am and 2 pm .

You should have good presentation, be fluent in English, and take pride in what you do.

This is a physical position so you will also need to be comfortable with being active.

We will provide thorough training and we can also offer additional overtime as required.
