Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with Seating Provide information about Restaurant Menu Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using booking systems Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and lobby area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting as required

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant or guest services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are advantageous Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management systems is beneficial but not mandatory Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required

The pay rate depends on the candidate age and experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
