Leading and guiding the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest safety and satisfaction.

Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.

Provide a culture of guest excellence, service and welcome. Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.

What We're Looking For in our

Guest Relations Manager

:


Experience in guest relations management roles within luxury hotels.

Effective knowledge of front office systems and front desk procedures.

A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
