## Job Overview
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at our hotels in the heart of Canterbury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

## Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a neat and tidy reception area

## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- A friendly and welcoming demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional guest services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
