We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in the front desk area
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests
Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not essential
A friendly demeanour and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
