Job Description

This role is primarly based at the Reception desk so is very customer facing but training will be given as it is can be multi skilled role where you will be working across a number of departments , serving food and working on our buffet breakfast. Helping to clear up and put away orders. Work on and stocking up the bar if needed (candidates must be over 18 due to licencing laws), Basic training will also be given in maintenance and housekeeping departments when guests need assistance during busy times.

As this is a busy 120 bedroom hotel - the ideal candidate needs to have at least 1-2 years customer service experience in a similar role.

We offer training to brand standards, health and safety and fire safety and food hygiene standards and full uniform is also provided.

Shifts times are usually 7-3pm and 3-11pm . Shifts include Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience. Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer service standards. Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
