B&B Hotel Inverness is looking for a dedicated and ambitious professional to join our friendly and well regarded Operations team as a Guest Service Manager.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will need to be well organised, self-motivated, achievement orientated and committed to achieving excellent customer service through your teams.
You will ideally have experience in Front Office and room management, as well as a sound understanding of Food & Beverage. The job holder will have experience of operating and managing PMS, OPERA and EPOS systems both back and front of house. In addition the role will demand a passion for the management of standards.
You will have strong people management and leadership skills and must be standards driven with a keen eye for detail. You will be a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to deliver a platinum customer experience for all our clients.
Your duties will include:
Ensuring compliance and maintenance of all statutory and legal, hygiene, safety and employment requirements for all hotel personnel.
Ensuring all food & beverage and front office procedures are followed, adhered to and developed in line with business needs.
Delivering product and service standards and levels of customer satisfaction across the hotel operation, as per brand specification.
Supervising the Duty Managers/Supervisors and GSA's on a day to day basis; raising any staffing concerns with the General Manager.
HOURS: 40 hours per week working 5/7 days.
