Guest Service Manager

to join our team at

ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport.

Do you have a knack for customer service, especially in the hotel industry? Have you ever dreamed of working in an Accor-branded property? You'll need

two years' experience in a similar role

, ideally within a branded property and have an

approachable, outgoing personality

From managing reception to being hands-on in the bar, restaurant, and conference facilities, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our guests have an amazing time at ibis Styles Gatwick Airport.
