Job Description

We are seeking a Female Guest Service Manager where this role will have you working between Reception, F&B (Breakfast & Dinner Shift) and HOUSEKEEPING as if when required, Guest checks in at reception, serve and monitor team member at the bar, serving meals in the restaurant and checks out at reception ensuring that the guest has the best experience and to make departure or Stay guest rooms when required.

Preferably the right candidate will have previous experience in the above but this is essential.

Duties on Reception:

Prepairing reception to be ready for check in, checking guests in, taking payments via debit/credit card, dealing with guest enquiries during their stay, checking guests out and ensuring they enjoyed their stay, the use of our PMS OPERA CLOUD.

Duties in Food & Beverage:

Serving guests breakfast via our breakfast buffet, setting up of the restaurant depending on the amount of guests required, cleaning of the restaurant to a high standard, Serving alcohol at the bar, The use of our POS and Taking dinner orders, co-ordinating with kitchen.

Duties in Housekeeping:

As if when required the candidate will be called to do housekeeping, where you will be given departure rooms to be ready at high standard along with servicing the stayover rooms i.e. replenishing amenities and supplies, bed making, Etc.

This role is minimum 48 hours a week and 06 days working
Will be paid monthly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-33,500.00 per year
