As a

Guest Service Operative

, you'll be a visible, friendly presence across the site -- assisting visitors, supporting retailers, and helping maintain a safe and professional environment. You'll receive full training and, after a successful period on site, will have the opportunity to complete

fully funded SIA licence training

, opening the door to future progression.

What You'll Do

Provide a warm, approachable presence to guests across Caledonia Park Deliver excellent customer service and assist visitors with queries or directions Support the smooth day-to-day running of the site by carrying out patrols and checks Help manage access and respond calmly to any incidents or emergencies Maintain site standards, ensuring the environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming Represent Andron and Caledonia Park with professionalism, pride, and great communication
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service Great communication skills and a friendly, confident approach A reliable team player who takes pride in their work Willingness to learn and develop new skills Ability to provide a 5-year work history and proof of right to work in the UK
A driving licence and first aid qualification are beneficial but not essential.
