ABOUT THE ROLE


In the role of the Guest Services Agent, your key focus will be to:

carry out a check in procedure room the guests perform a check out procedure deal with guest queries take payments and processing billing carry out the cashiering procedure at the end of each shift

ABOUT YOU

previous experience of working in a Front Office within a similar environment excellent customer services skills great communication skills immaculate personal presentation previous experience of Opera/Fidelio front office management systems is an advantage ability to deal with challenging situations
