You will collaborate closely with teams in retail, hospitality, catering and cleaning, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations. By leveraging your diverse skillset, you will play a key role in enhancing our operational flexibility, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the business.


What you'll do:

Assist in different departments including retail, hospitality, catering and cleaning, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations. Continuously enhance your skillset through on-the-job learning and cross-training opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest operational tools and techniques. Build relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and improving your overall understanding of how the business operates.

What we're looking for:

The ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them in a variety of settings. A proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to work. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple departments. No previous experience required
