About the Role
As a Guest Services Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for VIP and returning guests. Your role is to ensure they receive personalised attention and a seamless journey from arrival to departure. You will also handle guest inquiries and complaints both in person and via email, working closely with all departments to uphold high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests by name to create a positive first impression and make them feel welcome
Be familiar with the daily VIP list and associated amenities, ensuring all SOPs are followed
Create personalised plans and experiences upon guest request
Communicate and coordinate special service requests for VIP guests pre-, during, and post-stay
Identify and propose service improvements to Senior Management for approval
Complete detailed handovers to ensure consistent communication across shifts
Clearly communicate VIP guest preferences and plans to all relevant departments
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions
