You will be part of EMEA wide team of 24 and growing! The team works very collaboratively even though we are widespread and are looking forward to having you join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing the onsite community, keeping the employees happy and engaged, and dealing with any issues that should arise.



We are recruiting a

Guest Services Host

to join our vibrant and friendly Rapport team, based in our client's offices in Manchester. Our client is an ever-expanding global American banking and financial services corporation. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Global alignment initiative while providing an outstanding service all key stakeholders.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis)

Main responsibilities:



Meeting and greeting all visitors to site Working alongside the team to manage the switchboard Being involved in staff events from the social aspect to planning and implementing with the office leadership team Booking and supporting all meetings and events, using EMS Liaising with the catering team regarding all meeting hospitality Supporting local office team with ad-hoc administrative duties Supporting with access pass control and implementation
