Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled

Gutter Maintenance Technician

to join our team. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, comfort working at heights, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Inspect gutter systems for damage, blockages, leaks, and structural issues Perform gutter cleaning using hand tools, vacuums, or pressure-washing equipment Repair or replace damaged sections of gutters, downspouts, brackets, and flashing Install gutter guards and related protective components Ensure roofs, fascia boards, and drainage areas are free of debris Diagnose water-flow issues and recommend solutions to improve drainage performance Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers about work performed Follow all safety guidelines and use proper fall-protection equipment Keep work vehicle, tools, and materials organized and in good condition

Requirements

Experience in gutter maintenance, roofing, or general construction is an asset Ability to safely use ladders, power tools, and cleaning equipment Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (OVER 30's due to insurance) Ability to lift 20+ Kgs and perform physical labour

Work Environment

Outdoor work, including roofs and elevated areas Exposure to varying weather conditions Travel between job sites using company vehicle

20% uplift after the first successful month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
