About the role:
Are you a skilled maintenance professional with multi-trade expertise? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, handling responsive repairs during the warranty period of our newly built homes, as well as general maintenance across our housing portfolio.
This role requires travel across Harlow and surrounding areas within a 60-mile radius, but not limited, A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided, with regular inspections required per company policy.
About the role:
Complete high-quality remedial and maintenance works in void and occupied properties.
Adhere to Health & Safety protocols before undertaking tasks.
Ensure customer/sales schedule of works is completed on time.
Assist Schedulers and Direct Repairs Manager with remedial works as required.
Plan and allocate work efficiently to meet customer needs.
Escalate issues, FoW's or risks to the appropriate team member.
About you
Previous experience as a multi-trade maintenance technician in a customer facing environment
Good practical experience within all aspects of the building industry
Flexible to work overtime/weekends/emergency call outs if required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - engaging with customers, suppliers, partners.
Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Resilient personality and able to maintain a professional image in a customer facing role
Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
