Hours:

Part-time (Thursday + Friday) + opportunity for additional personal training sessions

Gym & Spa Duty Manager

who will create unforgettable experiences for our residents.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for the smooth running of The Fitness Centre. Including opening and closing the facility, delivering group exercise classes, offering personal training, and ensuring every resident feels valued and supported.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and guests Foster a welcoming, vibrant community within The Fitness Centre Oversee day-to-day operations during your shift Grow your personal training and/or massage client base Collaborate with the wider residential estate team to deliver a first-class experience Provide personal training sessions to help achieve site targets

What We're Looking For

REPs Level 3 (Level 2 considered) Self-motivated and confident working independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in luxury residential gym, spa, or hotel environments

Desirable:

First Aid and/or Pool Safety certification Experience in high-end fitness or hospitality settings
