Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage phone communications with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars to optimise time management.
Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail.
Support team members in various tasks, including upselling services or products when appropriate.
Maintain an organised workspace and assist in the organisation of files and records.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
Perform basic maths tasks as required for reporting or data entry purposes.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is advantageous but not essential.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
