Gym Manager

to lead our team and keep our facility running at its best.

Your Role:

As our Gym Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the

day-to-day operations

of the gym while creating a friendly, welcoming environment for all members and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily gym operations and ensuring high standards are met Assisting members with any queries and delivering excellent customer service Leading, motivating, and supporting your team Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the facility Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors Handling member and in-house issues swiftly and professionally Conducting new member inductions and contributing to a positive onboarding experience Being flexible and available to cover additional shifts if required (also in other sites if needed)

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a

Gym Manager

or in a senior fitness management role

- Strong leadership

and

people skills

with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Confident, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset
- Excellent

communication

and

problem-solving

skills and ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- Passion for fitness and creating an inclusive, high-energy atmosphere for members
