We are looking to recruit a Gym Manager for our new state-of-the-art gym in Consett. This is one cool space to work and workout.

This is an exciting time to join OneGym because we are growing fairly rapidly throughout the region and beyond.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has management experience in a gym, fitness or retail environment and has a passion to offer customer service that is second to none.

You must be a leader and not a boss (there's a big difference) and have a minimum L2 fitness qualification. Class and teaching qualifications would also be preferred.

We need someone who is ready to lead from the front and get 'stuck in' in order to take the gym forward.

The Role

Shift work including early mornings, late nights and weekends. Lead a team and manage the overall day to day operations. Deliver on the financial and commercial targets. Take responsibility for cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety. Infect the team and gym with your passion, motivation, standards and professionalism. Ensure the member journey is enjoyable, safe, rewarding and members see the gym and team as 'the best'. DO THE SIMPLE THINGS BRILLIANTLY. Attractive Salary up to 33,000.
