We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Gym Supervisor to lead our fitness team and enhance the overall experience of our members. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the fitness facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members. Manage and supervise fitness staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Develop and implement training programmes and schedules for staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve membership growth targets. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. Engage with members to promote fitness services, classes, and merchandise effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.

Skills

Strong management skills with previous supervising experience in a fitness or retail environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective interaction with staff and members alike. Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and sales within the facility. Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently. Organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
