Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate

Gymnastics Coaches

to join our team. Whether you're experienced or newly qualified, we welcome candidates who are committed to supporting children's physical development, creativity, and love for gymnastics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics sessions for recreational and/or squad-level gymnasts. Ensure all sessions are safe, inclusive, and aligned with the club's coaching standards and progression pathways. Support gymnasts in learning new skills, improving technique, and building confidence. Monitor and record gymnast progress, providing feedback to gymnasts and parents where appropriate. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment within the gym at all times. Assist with club events, displays, assessments, and competitions as needed. Work collaboratively with the coaching team and contribute to a positive club culture.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 1 (preferably Level 2) Gymnastics Coaching qualification (British Gymnastics or IGA recognised). Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain). Safeguarding and First Aid certifications (or willingness to complete). Strong communication and organisational skills. Positive attitude, reliability, and passion for coaching children.

Desirable:

Experience coaching preschool, SEN, or competitive squad gymnasts. Additional qualifications in Women's Artistic, Men's Artistic, Acro, or Tumbling. Judging qualifications.

Pay: 13.20-25.00 per hour
