Job Description
Totem Gymnastics Club is based in Ancoats, Manchester. We are a fun and friendly gymnastics club with weekly recreational and development classes. We are seeking a qualified gymnastics coach to deliver high-quality coaching to gymnasts of various levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with children and young gymnasts in a fun and engaging way.
Responsibilities - Dependant on qualification
Plan, develop and deliver engaging and safe gymnastics lessons for various age groups and skill levels. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during training sessions. Maintain clear and professional communication with athletes, parents and other team members. Support the head coach in planning and executing training sessions. Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting new training ideas. Attend staff meetings and training workshops as required.
We are seeking a Level 1 or Level 2 British Gymnastics qualified coach with experience working in a gymnastics club environment.
We are also open to interviewing candidates with a background in gymnastics who are looking for support in obtaining a gymnastics qualification.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who is punctual, capable of working independently, and able to collaborate effectively with the team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and committed to delivering high-quality coaching to our gymnasts.
