Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing and motivating gymnasts of various ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Duties

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for various gymnastic moves and routines, ensuring safety at all times Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development Organise and supervise warm-up, cool-down, and conditioning exercises Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages participation, teamwork, and personal growth Assist in organising gymnastics competitions, showcases, or events as required Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievements of gymnasts

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably within gymnastics or similar disciplines Strong knowledge of gymnastic techniques, safety procedures, and training methodologies Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages Ability to plan structured lessons that are both educational and enjoyable A recognised coaching qualification or relevant certification is desirable but not essential for entry-level candidates Enthusiasm for working with children and young adults in a sporting environment Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
